Step-By-Step Instructions to Make Oven Baked Ribs with Citrus Infused Sauce
- Remove plastic wrap from your pork ribs if applicable.
- Wash ribs and pat dry with paper towel.
- Add salt, pepper, sugar, and Citrus Infused Sauce to the top of the ribs.
- Cut the ribs in half if too long for your baking pan or roasting dish.
- With your clean hands rub the ingredients thoroughly on the rib.
- Place the ribs on aluminum foil, cover and let it marinade for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator. When finished marinating, place foil covered ribs onto a cookie sheet or roasting pan and then bake in a preheated oven for 3 hours at 325 °F.
