OVERVIEW
Noodles with chive flower, fresh mint, grass-fed beef, garlic, onion, and crimini mushroom with Spicy Peanut and Original Dipping Sauces.
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound grass-fed beef (cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- Fresh mint
- 1 onion (sliced)
- ½ pound crimini mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of sugar
- One jar Organic Citrus Infused Sauce or Organic Original Dipping Sauce – Hot or Medium
- One jar Organic Spicy Peanut Sauce – Hot or Medium
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions
- Drain the noodles (add two tablespoons olive oil and stir to prevent noodles from sticking together)
- Heat frying pan to medium heat, add coconut oil and onion, stir and sauté until onion is translucent
- Add crushed garlic, and stir to make sure that garlic cooks evenly until garlic turns slightly yellow
- Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, stir and cook for 5 minutes
- After onion and mushrooms are cooked (remove from the pan to a bowl)
- Add beef to the pan with salt, soy sauce, sugar, and pepper cook for 5 minutes
- After beef is cooked, add noodles and all of the ingredients stir until well combined, cook for 3 minutes
Serve with fresh mint and drizzle noodles with Organic Citrus Infused Sauce or Organic Original Dipping Sauce – Hot or Medium or Organic Spicy Peanut Sauce – Hot or Medium, garnish with chive flower and fresh mint.
