- 2 cups (chopped) lettuce
- cucumber (sliced)
- avocado (sliced)
- tomato ( sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli tips (raw or steamed)
- 1/2 cup rotisserie chicken (cut into bite size)
- One Jar Organic Spicy Peanut Sauce – (Hot or Medium)
Instructions:
- Arrange ingredients in bowl or on plate as desired
