Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 1 Rotisserie chicken (cut into bite size)
- 2 cups steamed rice
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1/2 cup broccoli (steamed)
- One jar Organic Spicy Peanut Sauce – Hot or Medium
- Cook your choice of rice per package instructions; Optional: add 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Steam broccoli
- Cut chicken into bite size
Serve with steamed rice, chicken, broccoli, cucumber, and Organic Spicy Peanut Sauce – Hot or Medium.
